VReps Support Overview

Welcome! This section curates the answers coaches, admins, and content creators ask for most often. Each article focuses on an end-to-end workflow so you can follow it during onboarding, training, or live operations.

  1. Launch Checklist — verify the basics: locale, organization Profile, staff invites.
  2. Create a Team — set up rosters, assign roles, and configure permissions.
  3. Create a Play — build and iterate on play diagrams with the draw board.
  4. Create a Lesson — combine steps, media, and assessments for a complete lesson plan.
  5. Tagging & Search — keep shared libraries clean with consistent metadata.
  6. Share Content — publish to team libraries or send targeted assignments.
  7. Manage a Team — monitor engagement, archive seasons, and rotate staff access.

Round things out with Account Management and Troubleshooting so every coach knows how to reset access or report issues.

Keeping the Docs in Sync with the App

  • The sidebar order comes from pages/support/en/_meta.ts. Mirror this file when adding a new locale.
  • Place screenshots or short clips under public/support/ and reference them with relative paths.
  • Prefer step-by-step lists with clear entry/exit criteria. Each major action should mention where it occurs in the coach portal (Coach Portal → Content → Plays, for example).
  • Include links back to the product when possible so readers can jump directly into the workflow.
