Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. You are responsible for ensuring that your shared coaching content complies with applicable laws and team policies.
Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant VReps a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you and your authorized team members.
Service Availability
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when accounts violate these terms, create security risks, or are required to comply with legal obligations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VReps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
