End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Virtual Repetitions LLC ("VReps," "we," "us").
This EULA governs your use of the VReps mobile application (the "App").
Your use of the App is also subject to our Terms of Service.
2. License Grant
VReps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or organizational use in accordance with this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Copy, distribute, or sublicense the App
- Use the App in any unlawful manner
4. Digital Goods
The App may allow you to purchase virtual items, including skins or other digital assets.
- Digital goods are licensed, not sold
- They have no real-world monetary value
- They are non-transferable
- All purchases are final except where required by law
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload.
You grant VReps a license to use your content to operate and improve the Services.
6. Maintenance & Updates
VReps may provide updates, patches, or improvements at its discretion.
7. Third-Party Terms
Your use of the App may also be subject to:
- Apple App Store Terms of Service
- Google Play Terms of Service
8. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- This EULA is between you and VReps, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VReps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
11. Termination
This license terminates if you violate this EULA.
12. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
